Getting Started
Signing in, finding your way around, and personalizing the workspace.
Signing in
Open your platform URL (for example https://platform.<your-domain>). You'll be redirected to the sign-in page, where you can log in with your username or email and password, or with Microsoft single sign-on if your organization has it enabled. A "Forgot Password?" link is available on the sign-in form.
After signing in you land in Solutions — the builder workspace — if you have builder or admin access. End users who open a published app URL land directly in that app.
Choosing your enterprise
Your account may belong to more than one enterprise (workspace). Use the enterprise switcher at the top of the left sidebar to change context — all apps, agents, and settings are scoped to the selected enterprise.
The Solutions sidebar
| Section | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Apps | All applications in the enterprise — create, search, pin, and open them |
| Agents | Every AI agent, with status, tools, and the apps that use it |
| Integrations | REST and Camel data-source integrations |
| Knowledge | Documents that ground agent responses |
| Meta graph | A graph view of how everything connects |
| Observability | Conversation logs and quality metrics |
| Administration | User management and enterprise settings |
Light and dark theme
Use the moon/sun toggle in the top bar to switch between light and dark mode. Your choice is remembered per browser.
Languages
The platform ships with English, Spanish, and Arabic — with full right-to-left layout support for Arabic.
Asking the AI for help
The Ask AI panel (right edge of the screen) is available throughout Solutions — use it to ask questions about what you're looking at or to get help with a task.
