What Metafore is and what you can do with it.
Metafore lets enterprises build, publish, and operate AI-powered applications — without writing code. You describe what the application should do (or upload a requirements document), and the platform generates it: AI agents, data objects, knowledge grounding, and a branded web or voice experience your users interact with.
What you can do
Build applications. Create an app, then define goals, extract data objects, configure agents, and assemble Pulse dashboards in the App Workspace.
Publish to your users. Every app can be published through a Web Channel — a branded URL your users open in a browser — and a Voice Channel for phone-based interactions. Logo, brand color, and versioning are configured per entry point.
Let users talk to agents. End users chat with your app's agents in a branded workspace: conversations, file attachments, voice input, and interactive dashboards.
Support with humans in the loop. When a conversation needs a person, human agents pick it up in Control Center — replying directly, whispering with AI assistance, or taking voice calls.
Operate and observe. Administrators manage users and roles, and track every conversation — volume, tokens, latency, and error rates — in Observability.
