Building Apps
Publishing an App
Make your application available to end users via web and voice channels.
Publishing happens in the App Workspace under Settings → Manage Channels.
Web Channel
A web channel exposes the app at a dedicated URL through entry points. Click + New entry point and configure:
| Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Entry point name | Internal label |
| URL | The address your users open (e.g. https://yourapp.run.<domain>) |
| Logo | Branding shown in the app header |
| Brand color | Primary color applied across the runtime UI |
| App Version | Which version of the app this entry point serves |
| Status | Toggle the entry point live or off |
Each entry point is independently branded and toggled — you can run a staging entry point and a production one side by side.
Voice Channel
The Voice Channel enables phone-based interaction with the app. Configure the telephony provider, language, and voice settings. Speech-to-text and text-to-speech are handled by the platform's voice provider integration.
After publishing
- The end-user experience at the entry point URL is described in the End User guide.
- Conversations from every channel — web chat and voice — appear in Observability and, when escalated, in Control Center.
