Using an App
Your App Workspace
Finding your way around a published Metafore app.
When you open your organization's app URL and sign in, you land in a branded workspace. What you see is configured by your organization — logo, brand color, and available features — but the layout is consistent.
The layout
- Top bar — your organization's branding, plus the light/dark theme toggle.
- Left rail — compact icons for the main areas: Home (your dashboard), Conversations (chat with agents), and — if enabled for you — the scenario explorer. Settings and your profile avatar sit at the bottom.
- Main area — the selected view: your dashboard of widgets or your conversations.
Home: your dashboard
Home shows your Pulse dashboard — live widgets (metrics, charts, lists) assembled for your role. Widgets load progressively and update as data changes. See Dashboards.
Conversations
The chat area is where you talk to your organization's AI agents — ask questions, get answers grounded in company knowledge, and hand off to a human when needed. See Chatting with Agents.
Personalization
- Theme: toggle light/dark mode from the top bar; your choice sticks.
- Language: the app supports English, Spanish, and Arabic (with right-to-left layout).
